Conference Venues
CinC 2023 will be mostly held in the Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, GA, USA, which is easily accessible from the Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Sunday Symposium venue, CinC 2023 conference venue, hotels, many restaurants and cultural institutions, and convenient public transportation (MARTA) are a short walk from each other in Midtown Atlanta. Sunday Symposium venue: James B. Williams Medical Education Building, Emory University
Sunday Symposium will be held at James B. Williams Medical Education Building, situated on the Emory Campus, which is approximately 40-45 minutes away from Atlanta Midtown. The building address is 100 Woodruff Circle Atlanta, GA 30322. CinC 2023 will provide own transportation to connect Midtown and the James B. Williams Medical Educational Building. You can also use public transportation MARTA 36 bus to get the Sunday Symposium venue from midtown if you miss CinC 2023 bus.
Parking:
There is no parking in the immediate vicinity of the building. The closest parking options are the Michael Street Deck and the WHSCAB parking lot. The parking deck is free on weekends, while the WHSCAB parking lot will be closed at 6pm.
CinC 2023 transportation:
Transportation designated for the CinC 2023 Sunday Symposium will be provided to all conference attendees for the entire day. On the Emory TransLoc.com site or TransLoc app go to search box and find “Biomedical Informatics” shuttle. - Getting On: Georgia Tech Hotel entrance.
- Shuttles: Take one of the charters that you see. “CinC2023 Sunday Symposium” sign will be on the charter door and window.
- Taking Off: Take off the shuttle at “Woodruff Circle” in Emory campus, and Emory School of Medicine building will be on your right.
Public transportation: MARTA 36 bus

CinC 2023 main conference venue: The Global Learning Center
The Georgia Tech Global Learning Center is located on the edge of Georgia Tech’s campus in Midtown Atlanta. It is walking distance from multiple hotels, restaurants, and public transportation. The venue’s address is 84 5th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The Georgia Tech Global Learning Center has enhanced safety and sanitization procedures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Georgia Department of Public Health (GDPH). The outdoor seating area at the venue will be open for the attendees and personnel during CinC 2023 conference.

Airport to the Global Learning Center
The conference venue, the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center, is easily accessible from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Attendees easily can reach the conference venue and hotels in Midtown Atlanta by rail public transit, MARTA, from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The MARTA Red and Gold train lines offer frequent travel between the Airport Station and Midtown Station throughout both the day and night. Each trip takes approximately 30 minutes and costs $2.50.
